I staying in the same color family as my workout wardrobe for my ranch and hiking clothes. This is a mens shirt and I got long sleeves to cover my arms from the sun. I also like to flip the color up to protect my neck. My hat is actually a bit big (also mens) but does have a ton of protection from the sun and works for hiking.
