I’m constantly on a mission to improve my mind, body and soul. I love learning about how we use food, experiences and movement to keep our bodies healthy.
I started a journey a couple weeks ago with @noom to change some bad habits I have picked up in the last year and I’m truly loving the accountability that I feel to the program.
🌱 I’m choosing my meals more productively and fueling my body with more plants.
🌱 I’m paying attention to portion sizes which is especially important because I dine out a lot.
🌱 I’m drinking way more 💦 (this is huge for me - I love tracking my cups in the app!) Drinking more water makes a huge difference in how I feel daily.
🌱 I’m limiting my 🍸 (mostly)
🌱 My daily step counting has started again!
🌱 I’m re-learning what works for my body and what doesn’t!
