My Dr and I came to an agreement. He is raising my anti depressant dose to help me get through the holidays and having to go back to court with my ex. We also raised some other doses last year to help me get through testifying in my divorce trial. I see him again in 30 days to check in (instead of 3 months) and we both agreed that when I am fully done with the new court process (since I won my appeal) we are going to work my doses back down because being on less meds is my preference.
