It’s been 8 years since we have had a designated guest room; to say I’m excited to have a beautiful space for guests is an understatement. I finally put together a mood board for the space after finding the perfect blackout drapes. The one item I’ve gone back and forth on is a ceiling fan. I prefer the aesthetic of a light fixture and wonder if a tower fan will provide the sane comfort of a ceiling fan. Simple. That’s my middle name. Coordinate your garland using the garland you’ve had packed away for 11 months by adding touches from items you’ve used in your tree. I promise it will look great once it’s fluffed and embellished.

Add in picks using an odd number. I used only 9 for this bannister. Secure with branches.

Pop in ribbon and trailing tails. I used 1 loop bows, securing the now with wire and the trails with the branches from the garland. For the newel post, I made a larger 7 loop bow to finish it off.
