Can pull the home in middle tighter by cinching the drawstrings - which have the most fun tasssels 👏🏻 loved the shoulder pads in this dress as they just give nice structure to it. Blue fit and flare dress by Ted Baker. We could not believe how pretty this was on! Flattering in the waist, material was thick and sucked her in, and the flowy sleeve was really pretty. Covers the whole back too- which is nice. Runs a bit big, Gretchen in a 2 here. We recommend sizing down one. This could go Derby, wedding guest dress, or graduation.
