I am the first to admit that I have been reluctant to jump on the blue light glasses trend. Yes I have known of the benefits include protecting our eyes from premature macular degeneration, vision defiencies, headaches and more. BUT, in my mind I thought is this cheap lens just a marketing hoax??!! Well I put myself to the test for two weeks now. Today is day 15 and I am a deep believer of these blue glasses!!!
