Well folks… turns out I’m iron deficient at almost 8 weeks postpartum 🙃
So here we are, back on my MaryRuth’s lineup — and everything I use is on sale for Amazon’s Black Friday.

I’ve taken their stuff for years, and I really love that their prenatal is made with folate (not folic acid) and has methylated B12 — the B12 spray gives me a little everyday boost when mom life is doing the most.
