✨Vulnerable Post Alert✨ To me, wife and mother will always be my greatest titles. I learned from the best! My body grew this perfect little angel, and I will always thank God for that. After 5 months of putting myself last on the list, however, I decided to start consistently working out again. In 21 days, I’m already feeling better in my skin. Candidly, I completely slacked on nutrition side, so I’m hoping to improve there, but it’s not about the number of the scale for me. It’s about learning how to fit my health into this new routine…because, as my husband says, if I go down, the whole ship will go with me! Any other moms relate? On November 8th I’m participating in another 21 day challenge. Workouts are generally only 30 minutes 4-6 days per week.
