Christmas App Idea Ingredients * Brie bites * Dill havarti cubed * Salami rosettes (check out my tutorial here!) * Kalamata olives pitted * Castelvetrano olives pitted * Pepperoncini * Peppadew peppers * Mozzarella balls * Rosemary sprigs for garnish * Crackers for serving Instructions * Using round edges of a dinner platter or round board as a guide, space the brie bites and cubed cheese out in a circle.  * Evenly distribute the salami rosettes, olives, pepperoncini, and peppadews between the cheeses. Whether or not the weather outside is frightful, this snowman cheese ball is so very delightful! Bring this adorable app to your holiday party or serve it at home for a festive winter-themed snack. The best part is that it’s super easy! All you have to do is mix up all the cheesy, herby goodness and turn it into the perfect snowperson!

Ingredients
* 16 oz cream cheese softened
* 2 cups Italian cheese blend (SEE NOTE at bottom)
* 1 tsp minced chives
* 1/2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
* 1/4 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
* 1/8 tsp garlic powder
* 2 cups grated Parmesan
* Black peppercorns for garnish
* Baby carrots for serving
* Crackers for serving

Instructions
* In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, Italian cheese blend, chives, parsley, rosemary, and garlic powder. 
* Push the cheese into the center of the bowl and form into a ball. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour or up to overnight. 
* Separate the chilled mixture into two pieces, one bigger than the other. Use your hands to roll them into balls. (Pro tip: Use the plastic wrap while shaping the cheese for less mess and a smoother shape!) Place the Parmesan in a bowl. Working one at a time, roll the cheese balls in the Parmesan (or pat the cheese onto the cheese). 
* Stack the smaller ball on top of the bigger ball. Push the cloves into the cheese balls to make your snowman’s face and buttons. Cut one baby carrot into a small triangle and push into the snowman’s face as a nose. 
* Serve on a platter with crackers and carrots on the side. 
* NOTE: If a bag of Italian Style Shredded Cheese Blend is unavailable, here is a mix, ½ cup shredded mozzarella, ½ cup shredded parmesan, ¼ cup shredded asiago, ¼ cup shredded fontina, ¼ cup shredded provolone.

Ingredients
* 10 oz cold cream cheese
* 1/2 oz cold sour cream
* 2 oz blue cheese
* 1 oz gin plus more for marinating
* 1 oz olive brine plus more for marinating
* 8 oz martini olives halved
* Kosher salt
* 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
* In a small bowl, combine the olives, olive oil, a splash of gin, and a splash of olive brine. Toss to combine and marinate until ready to serve. 
* In a food processor, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, blue cheese, gin, olive brine, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy (it’s okay if some blue cheese chunks remain). 
* Transfer the dip to a serving plate or shallow bowl and spread into an even layer. Top with the marinated olives and spoon over as much marinade as you like. Serve immediately.

Ingredients
* 16 oz cream cheese softened
* 6 oz Grand Cru grated
* 1 1-oz packet dry onion soup mix
* 1/3 cup sliced almonds
* 6 cherry tomatoes halved
* 1/2 cup parsley chopped
* Crackers for serving

Instructions
* In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and soup mix until fully combined. Add Grand Cru cheese and stir to combine. 
* Using your hands and/or a rubber spatula shape the mixture into a cone, pointy end up. Top with parsley and use plastic wrap to gently press onto the cheese. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 
* When ready to serve, let tree stand at room temperature for 15 minutes. Press tomatoes and almonds into the cheese to decorate. before serving. 
* Serve with your favorite crackers and enjoy!

* Assorted toppings: powdered sugar, sprinkles, chopped nuts
Instructions
* Arrange bowls of toppings neatly on the board. 
* Place donuts on the board, making distinct piles of each type of donut. 
* Fill food-safe syringes or squeeze bottles with jams or fillings of your choice. 
* Invite guests to inject, dip, and decorate their own sufganiyot.

Fall Chopped Salad with Miso Dressing
(Serves 2 as a main or 3 as a side)

Ingredients
Salad
1 head romaine lettuce, 1 apple (Honeycrisp works well), 1–2 celery stalks, 2 oz cheese (Syrah-soaked or aged cheddar), 1 cup cooked chicken, ¼ cup toasted chopped nuts.
Dressing
2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp white miso, 1 small grated garlic clove, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp honey (or maple), salt, pepper.
Instructions
Whisk dressing until smooth. Chop romaine, apple, celery, cheese, and chicken with a FullStar Veggie chopper, then add nuts. Toss with dressing just before serving
