Cranberry Bites

Cut thin layers of cranberry sauce and cream cheese & add into biscuit layers. Put them sideways in large muffin tin & bake till golden brown. I added honey & dried cranberries but nuts would also be great as well. A perfect holiday appetizer!

CHRISTMAS BREAD
Ingredients:
3/4 stick of butter
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2-3 @pillsburybaking crescent rolls
1 bag (2 cups) pepperoni slices
2 cups mozzarella shredded cheese
Fresh basil
2 cups (1 large jar) marinara sauce

Place butter in your bundt pan in 375 degree oven for 5 minutes or until melted. Spread the pan to make sure you grease the inside by coating it in the melted butter. Next add your parmesan cheese. Roll out your crescent rolls layering the pepperoni, mozzarella cheese & fresh basil. Roll it up and place both rolls into your Bundt pan. Bake on 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Take it out and allow it to sit 5 minutes before turning it over to serve.
Warm the marinara sauce to dip your bread into. You can serve this as a meal with salad or as an appetizer.

APtip: This dish warms up wonderfully for leftovers in the toaster oven. It also makes a great gift to take neighbors & friends. Enjoy ~XXAP
