Every year in honor of our anniversary, I wear this dress to church. It’s the one I wore for my bridal shower as well as my “getaway” dress. Yesterday was our church’s Primary Program when the kids in our congregation ages 3-11 sing songs and share their testimonies of Christ for the whole congregation. This year we had both of our kids in the program for the first time (Piper was sick last year) and I was in charge of leading the kids in their nine songs they sang (had to wear bright red lipstick so they could see me and what words I was mouthing better hahah). Highlights included both kids proudly and confidently saying their parts (and Piper yelling “Good job, Henrik!” After he finished saying his) and all of the kids singing/yelling (mostly lead by Piper) “I Am a Child of God” for our grand finale 😂 The kids I get to sing with every week are incredible and I am so grateful I got to be part of this year’s program. Their testimonies of Jesus Christ inspire me every day ❤️ Swipe to see what H & P wore for the program! After 3.5 years of short hair, I decided I was ready to go back to long! It’s odd, I feel much more myself now 😂 Even though I loved having short hair! I was fully prepared to field many questions from the kids I teach at church but guess what? None of them said a dang thing lolz but our family dog was VERY interest and gave my extensions a very through sniff 🐶 This dress is still in stock in the cream color and also comes in black and a gorgeous green that’s perfect for the holidays!
