Designing our kitchen I focused on solely what I had always dreamed my kitchen would look like. I think we get mixed up a lot in what the resale value will look like when designing our homes but no matter what choice you make the new buyer will always find something they don’t like or will want to change so if you love it I always say do it someone else will figure out the logistics later if it is ever theirs.
