Other sanity savers I’ve found in weeks past (beyond my nightly baths WITH a glass of 🍷 and a bath bomb, of course)... ✅ candles - my new favorites are from @goodandwellsupplyco ...their National Park candles are perfect if you’ve found yourself craving nature ✅ a fire 🔥 in the fireplace...even if it’s honestly too warm outside for it. It’s just comforting, you know? ✅ a walk or jog each day listening to a podcast ✅ ice cream 🍦...because if I jog, then I deserve it 😉. How about you?
