Sheet Pan Chicken + Veggies
Whatever veggies ring your bell
grocery shopping that week.
Chicken.
Heat oven to 425°
Put veggies + chicken on pan.
Drizzle olive oil over everything.
Season with whatever crap you prefer.
(My go to is onion powder, garlic powder, salt,
pepper on veggies. @kindersflavors butchers all
purpose seasoning on chicken)
Toss.
Bake 20-25 minutes until chicken is to temp, 165°.
Slice.
Serve over greens or as is, or with whatever easy
side you want.
(rice, potatoes, cauliflower, buttered bread, who
cares, you cook it, you decide!)
