Fave cuticle care tips + products for healthy nails. 💅 Fave oil overall: dazzle dry maintain, it’s the most moisturizing to me so I leave this one on my bedside table for nightly use with Vaseline for slugging. On the go: Love the travel balm stick or oil pen for in my purse. Great for habit stacking; whenever I’m the passenger in the car, I oil my cuticles! Best budget oil: CND. I keep this one in the laundry room and pop a drop on whenever I’m in there throughout the day! I apply during naked nail days as well as right after I take a mani color off, before I start shaping, cleaning up my nails for a new color. Also: Versed retinol body lotion. I use this on my hands every night before bed. Bedtime nail routine: dd cuticle oil, versed hand lotion, Vaseline slugging. When shaping, avoid clippers! I prefer glass nail files bc eco friendly + they last foreverrrrrrr. I bought this three set in 2019 and it is STILL going strong! Tip: file nails in only one direction (not back and forth) to help prevent breakage Adding a collagen powder to your daily regime can help a TON as well: adding strength, structure, and elasticity to skin, bones, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue.
