The last photo we took in Chicago before embarking for the East Coast, decked out in our favorite @LandsEnd outfits! 💙 I am NOT a good traveler, and get particularly stressed when traveling with kids. So Mitch took the family out for a low-key dinner the night before the trip; you know, as a distraction, I suppose. And while I initially protested—I had so much to do! So much on my mind! So much to remember! SO MUCH! 😆🤪—it was actually incredibly calming. Kind of like a deep breath. The girls ran Noodle up and down the sidewalk, coming back to the table intermittently for bites, and Mitch and I kicked back and talked about everything we were excited about re: the Jersey Shore. I wore this gorgeous smocked Lands' End chambray dress (which also comes in white). I love that it can be dressed up or down, and that it's the perfect versatile travel piece, as it works with every color palette.
