I am in the 28, my Madewell size, but they do stretch throughout the day, so if you want an even closer fit size down one or if you’re in between sizes, go ahead and size down bc they stretch. I would say this is a pretty fitted sweater for a medium at Madewell. If you need more room for arms / boobs, then size up one.
