What I’m listening to this week… People always ask how I get through so many books. Truth is… I listen. In the car. On walks. While getting ready. While cleaning the kitchen for the 84th time. 😂 But here’s the difference… I don’t just consume information like a professional self-help hoarder and then do absolutely nothing with it. I actually APPLY it. Most people want the results of disciplined people while scrolling instagram or having a fake therapy session with ChatGPT for 4 hours a night. The books don’t change your life. Using what you learn does. And honestly? A lot of people call others “obsessed” or “doing too much” when really they’re just uncomfortable watching someone else stop being lazy and/or avoidant. READ THAT AGAIN. So every week I’m going to share what I’m listening to because these books/podcasts genuinely make me think better, lead better, love my husband better, parent better, and show up better.
