Balanced week BTS 📸🤳 This week was filled with soul moments, but we didn’t slack on our goal habits because of it 💃 concerts, happy hour with a client, date night, trips home 🥰 my heart is full going into this week ahead. I got my usual 3 lifts in and started a new training block this week so I kept intensity low to get my baseline weights. I paired my lifts with a few walk/jogs for active rest days to hit my steps as I entered my follicular phase and had more energy. I also took Marvel on a her longest HGW yet and ended with a sweet treat and pup cup ☕️ My favorite at home meal right now is cinnamon apple protein oats (my go to post workout lately). I had dinner out Thursday, Friday and Saturday and shared some of the highlights 🤳. I still hit my balanced 3 habits daily but snuck in some soul foods: food trucks at the concert and some sauvi b. Some@fun staples this week were Koia on the go and Alyssa’s Oat Bites 🍪 I was an outfit repeater in my Lost At Sea set from @ptulaactive that launches this Friday 9.26 at 12pm eastern‼️I’m obsessed with the BAREPRO Classic Leggings and Fitted Jacket in Coastal Blue and the Comfort Fleece Hoodie and Jogger in Coastal Blue as well 🫶🏼 I recorded a new episode of @liferewiredpodcast on building future you through consistency 🎧. We celebrated lots of wins inside @builtandbalanced 🥂 “I know I’ve said it so many times throughout this process but I really appreciate everything! You have showed me how to live a sustainable lifestyle that actual feels balanced between fitness/health and everyday life! I used to think I knew how to do that but I was always restricting and that was when I was able to lift 6 days a week so it was hard for me to adjust when life changed!
