#fableticspartner Now that more and more people are a bit more social, I have been on a journey to get rid of my “COVID 10”! lol! During the pandemic, I gained 10 lbs. I made a conscious decision to get change my diet and exercise! Since then, I lost 12 lbs, but I have to stay consistent and lay off the cookies. Anyone else struggling with consistency?
