It’s so worth it! Still working with a trainer 💪🏾 & still feeling good! Here’s what’s helped me stick with it:
💪🏾 Eating before - Eek, I’ve paid the price when I don’t.
💪🏾 Think of it as uninterrupted me time. We all need a little bit of that!
💪🏾 Accept that some days you won’t be dynamite. Push more when you can!
💪🏾 Have some gym set you love! It makes a difference. I linked a few of my faves.
