There’s no hack in your 40s 😅. Just gotta put in the time for your workouts🏋🏾‍♀️. This means it has to be a priority which is so hard! Here’s the thing - when I don’t prioritize my workouts (in addition to walking) I can feel it. It’s like I’m running on 70% energy with all of the same responsibilities. My mood is off 😒, things start aching (again), sleep sucks 😫, my family feels it and my productivity takes a major nosedive 🫠! So this isn’t a “don’t have the time to workout kind of thing” - it’s either make the time or lose the time I could’ve gain by showing up as my best self! Let’s go 🚀💪🏾 LTKActive LTKOver40 LTKMidsize
