1. Pour almond milk into high speed blenderโฃ
2. Add spinach โฃ
(and dates OR banana if sweetening) โฃ
3. Blend well until smoothโฃ
4. Add 2 tbsp chia seeds to each cupโฃ
5. Pour milk mixture into each cup, leave room for toppings.โฃ
6. Stir with a spoon or small whisk to incorporate and avoid chia clumps.โฃ
7. Refrigerate for 15 minutes โฃ
8. Pull cups out of refrigerator, stir again to evenly distribute chia seedsโฃ
9. Refrigerate for 15 more minutes then pull out and top with frozen fruit & nuts. (Or you can cover and wait to add the toppings if you wish.)โฃ
10. Cover each cup. โฃ
11. Refrigerate overnight (for best consistency) โฃ
