Does running late count as cardio? 🙋🏼‍♀️ I feel like there’s a love // hate relationship with “cardio” in the fitness world. As someone who has a muscular build naturally, I prefer to mix in 1-2 cardio sessions to my workout routine each week to help lean out while scorching cals. 🔥 I love how the @trufusion_dallas cycle classes are only 45 minutes, but still jam packed with consistent challenges.
