My top 5 fitness must haves!

1) Polar HR monitor - Having this guides my workouts so that I know exactly what intensity to train and recover at.
2) Stabilizing, supportive 👟 sneakers - since I mostly weight lift I like a flat shoe. I change it up on cardio days though!
3) FitBit - My stopwatch and time keeper, mostly . It has a heart rate monitor too but not as accurate.
4) Water bottle - my go to is my 48 fluid oz Nalgene but I linked a different one for keeping ice cold
5) My little notebook - to track my workouts and write down the nutrition for the day and other important details.
