The first thing we’re going to talk about in your nutrition coaching session is your history! . Where have you been on your nutrition journey? Have you been working out a long time? Or just getting started? . Have you dieted in the past? Which ones and what worked and what did NOT? . What drives you? What motivates you? WHY is this important? . Then each session after that we always remind each other (yeah, you remind me too!) what it is you’re really working for, what you’re striving for, and why it’s important. . Look, this nutrition and fitness stuff takes TIME! Don’t let the 6,8,10 week programs make you feel like you’re not doing enough. You are! It’s just the these goals you have really do take time! . And not to mention, you’re busy! You have a life outside of your nutrition and fitness goals - yes we talk about those too! . Nutrition is just 1 piece of the health 🧩.We really look at your lifestyle and piece together what your boundaries are so we can interrupt and or change them . and how we can set up positive rewards to keep the healthy habits going! .
