If you’re wondering why I’m posting a drink it’s because it’s so yummy and actually 𝙎𝙐𝙋𝙀𝙍 healthy for you too!
This is half organic blueberry juice and half tonic water and that’s it! Very simple!
Tonic water has quinine in it and that’s essential to help you absorb zinc. So, when you take your zinc supplement go ahead and wash it down with this! And blueberries are high in antioxidants so this is a well rounded health drink! 🫐
This tonic water is my favorite and low in sugar. The blueberry juice is fantastic too. These get a 10 out of 10!
