While fashion is the last thing on my mind for an upcoming memorial service I needed a dark dress that would work along with a cardigan for layering. I ran into Loft last weekend found this smocked maxi dress and cardigan on the sale rack and they are perfect. This dress is a great staple to have for church and other events in the future too.

Kicked off the week with another new recipe. While sheet pan meals may be common for most, it is rare we do them so when my husband picked this one sheet fajitas recipe, we decided to give it a try.

The prep took less than 15 minutes with chopping the onion and bell pepper and slicing the chicken. We opted for pre-made fajita seasoning but next time will try our own.

After 25 minutes in the oven, this one came out perfectly cooked. We are officially 2/2 on our new recipe trials with my son’s choice next week.
