Esta es una pequeña recopilación de los productos actuales que tengo en uso ahorita en enero de 2024.

Estos productos son los suplementos, los productos para el cuidado del cabello, los productos de la ducha, los productos de higiene general, los productos de cuidado de la piel, los productos cosméticos (maquillaje), los productos de limpieza bucal, los productos de limpieza facial, los productos de bienestar general.

La explicación larga es que el año pasado noté que tuve ganas de comprar un producto que ya tenía en casa, así que me tomé el tiempo de hacer un inventario de todos mis productos para evitar hacer compras dobles, al menos que fuera necesario. Pues resultó que tenía +200 productos sentados en casa, con lo que menos tenía que andar pensando en comprar.

Luego dividí todo lo que tenía por categorías, los ordené dependiendo de la cantidad y la fecha de vencimiento y así fue que elegí un producto por categoría que tenía. Mi objetivo era tener tan controlado mi inventario que solo pudiese comprar un producto nuevo si y solo si 1) el producto era absolutamente necesario para mi vida y 2) en la categoría ya no tenía otro.

Y fue así como fui eligiendo los productos actuales.

1. Acabo de comprar las multivitaminas por lo que es muy pronto para dar un review, sin embargo, lo incluyo porque son productos que ayudan a tu equilibrio por dentro y al final eso genera un resultado por fuera.
2. Encontré una proteína con la que me siento a gusto puesto que no es amarga ni muy dulce, es justa. Y aprendí que debo tomarla después de entrenar, así que he estado practicando eso.
3. Pues resulta que el desmaquillante y el cleanser no son lo mismo, así que regresé a revisar la categoría que tenía como "desmaquillante" y
