easy overnight oats
2 tbsp of chia seeds
1 serving of oats (mine is 1/2 cup)
1 serving size of protein powder (I'll link mine but anything you already have and love works)
1 cup of milk of choice
1 scoop of protein powder

notes:
make sure to mix well so the chia seeds don't clump. add fruit and nuts too the next day and enjoy!

a good t-shirt is such a great basic to have. I have so many. Here are 4 I reach for often when I’m going to be outside with the kids BBQ’s, park, soccer games, football games:

Abercrombie has one that I love. I have a large in that one and like the fit.

Walmart has one too. I have the medium and is also really nice. Fitted fit

Target has a cropped one that’s not too cropped. Fits well and easy to wear with jeans and shorts. I have a medium.

Amazon: lose fit t-shits. Great price. Wash well.

Jacket: wearing a large. It runs big. I wish I would have gotten a medium.

Sweats: any sweats work. So many brands have really nice ones.

Shoes: run tts and do comfy.
