easy overnight oats 2 tbsp of chia seeds 1 serving of oats (mine is 1/2 cup) 1 serving size of protein powder (I'll link mine but anything you already have and love works) 1 cup of milk of choice 1 scoop of protein powder notes: make sure to mix well so the chia seeds don't clump. add fruit and nuts too the next day and enjoy!
