GRAB N GO // Healthy snacks for busy babes like me who donโ€™t have the time (or desire) to cook: Peanut butter + banana sandwich (add a hint of cinnamon) Raw almonds + an apple Dates + peanut butter (literally, the best desert ever!) Green juice (I prefer mine with ginger and lemon) Avocado toast + pine nuts (just smoosh the avo and add some spices) Seed crackers + hummus (current fav - mango sriracha by @rootshummus) Protein pancakes (recipe in highlights) Rice crackers with cottage cheese and blueberries Anything by @dailyharvest ๐Ÿ˜ป Beef tomato + hard goat cheese (yum alternative for lactose intolerant) Coconut yoghurt + granola (nope itโ€™s not just breakfast food) Egg sandwich (toast + egg with salt, thatโ€™s it) Mangos and raspberries (individually or together - my fav foods) A protein bar is the last resort but in my book itโ€™s better to eat when you are hungry than to wait and become even hungrier and then overeat and feel tired What are your go-to #snacks?
