It’s a fun before/after, but this room was kind of the tipping point for my stress and overcommitment, and caused a lot of anxiety. But it’s okay; I used that breakdown as fuel to start my de-stressing project and really turn things around. That was more than a month ago and I’ve had a couple slip-ups and stressful times since, so I’m reflecting on what’s working in a blog post today: how I’m going to reduce stress and be happier.
