Dear Daughter, you’re growing into a little lady right before my eyes 🥺 I can’t believe that you will be TWO in just a few weeks!!! I remember the night I found out about you — and I thought I loved you then. I remember the moment I heard your heart beat & saw your little bean of a body for the first time — my heart was about to burst. I remember the day we were surprised to find out you were a girl — everything started to feel real. I remember the first stranger who noticed my growing belly — and the giddy butterflies I felt the entire drive home. I remember when I realized I couldn’t see my toes anymore — we would be meeting you so soon. I remember washing and organizing all your newborn clothes — I couldn’t even imagine what you would look like. I remember the night we arrived at the hospital — peace overcame me as my life was about to change forever. I remember the moment you were born — I caught a glimpse of the unconditional love God has for each and every one of us. Then I blinked and somehow you’ve become a little big person. You’ve grown in size & beauty, and I can’t wait to watch you become all that God has prepared you to be. But if time could slow down justtt a bit, that would be greatly appreciated. 🤍
