I found this beautiful eyelet dress on MANGO last year and it’s one of the most comfortable, effortlessly feminine dresses that I own, making it one of my favorite pieces once the weather first starts warming up. I like to tie the dress at the neck and pair it with a pair of statement earrings and skip a necklace altogether, but depending on the look you are going for you could easily pair it with a layered necklace look, a locket, a more delicate understated jewelry look.

I paired my look with my favorite ballet mules from Margaux, in French Blue, Katie Loxton tote from last year, and added the Hidden Garden Scarf with three hidden bunnies in the design by artist Ashley D Begley from Sarah Flint NYC for a little extra blue.

This navy dress from Boden was the perfect dress to wear while exploring the Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens. I’ve always loved navy whether it’s a solid navy, stripe, or floral print and it’s those pieces I tend to wear frequently. This Notched Neck Flutter Sleeve Dress is one of my favorite new additions to my spring/summer wardrobe which needed a little refreshing.
It’s hard finding a dress in longer lengths that don’t require hemming or have to be worn with heels, and this dress works well with my flat sandals just as well as a pair of wedge espadrilles. I paired my look with my favorite Kate Loxton Woven bag and dressed it up a bit with the blue and white floral Hidden Garden scarf from Sarah Flint. I love using the larger version of the scarf to zhuzh my handbags, while the smaller size is perfect for tying at the neck or wrist depending on what jewelry you’re going with for a particular look.

Planning a vacation and need to narrow it down to two books to take along with you. Something Wilder by writing duo @christinalauren (The Unhoneymooners) and Metropolis by @ba_shapiro (The Art Forger) was released today.

I had a chance to get a first look at both books and let me tell you these books will hook you in and won’t let you go until the last page. Something Wilder takes you on an unexpected treasure hunt with so many twists and turns you’re never sure who to trust.

Metropolis gave me an Only Murders in the Building vibe, except it’s set in a storage warehouse versus being an actual apartment building. We meet a diverse set of characters whose lives are changed when an accident happens, but was it really an accident? #books

While olive green might be considered more of a fall color, I love adding it to my wardrobe throughout the year.
