This is the linen-blend blazer from J.Crew Factory, which apparently be sold out but I’ve linked a similar one with tonal pinstripes. I’m 5’1” and wearing a 4P. The jeans are Madewell and I’m wearing them in 27P. Quince baker flats are true to size.

Comfortable petite work outfit (business casual)! The sweater runs large and doesn’t come in petite, so I sized down and rolled the sleeves. The pants are petite, and a ponte knit with an elastic waist. The seams on the front and back plus the flared leg make them work-appropriate! I’m wearing petite small in navy and they’re ridiculously comfy. The neutral wedge booties are perfect for fall!

Fall is in the air and I’m loving this cardigan (with pockets!!) for my cold office and the walk to school. It’s 30% off at Loft this weekend. These skinny jeans (the Toothpick from J. Crew) are my fave and are a very rare 40% off right now! Run! Lots of different washed and rises, too - and in petite, of course. I’m in petite 27 in the jeans and petite small in the sweater. If you’re petite, definitely look for oversized tops that come in petite sizing to avoid the whole garbage bag look! 😂
