Has anyone else struggled with finding the “perfect” rug?! 🙋🏻‍♀️ I’ve been looking for a new living room rug for over a year and could not decide for the life of me. I knew I wanted something fairly neutral, tonal and low pile, but didn’t know if I wanted a layered look, a vintage patterned rug or a natural fiber rug. Couldn’t be too yellow or too orangey, too loopy it would come apart, or too busy with it’s pattern that it would feel overpowering. And of course, couldn’t be too expensive bc the vintage rugs I was falling in love with were 💰💰💰😩. I mean I was driving myself nuts tbh. After hourrrsss of searches and about a half dozen rug samples, I finally found this one—a sisal with just the right contrast and texture I needed without being too yellow—it’s a beautiful neutral tan. It finally came in yesterday and I couldn’t be happier.
