I don’t often show this part of our bedroom, but it’s my favorite because it’s so functional. We have a smallish closet and before our remodel, we had a dresser that still didn’t offer enough storage. I wanted to add floor-to-ceiling custom built ins, but we frankly couldn’t afford it, so we opted for the thinner profile Ikea PAX, added trim and statement handles and let me tell you, it was a game changer. Extra storage for our clothes, plus some of handbags, jewelry and makeup all have a place now. We love it so much and somehow by removing multiple, bulkier pieces, it made the room feel larger, more seamless and serene.
