Cannot believe we are so close to Christmas!!! We started to plan our Christmas Eve dinner menu this morning, and the big question seems to always be what veggie(s) we make. I found a brussel sprouts recipe from @halfbakedharvest (as you know, since I got her cookbooks have been making a ton of her recipes) — brussels with bacon, pomegranate arils, goat cheese — and that is sort of sounding divine.
