Surround yourself with positive people.

That is my advise for the next 3 months as we navigate the holidays at home. With all the talk of canceling family get togethers i find myself just mad, beyond frustrated and negative!

I have worked hard over the years to find people who are positive. Who build others up instead of tearing them down and NOW more then ever it feels good to text friends that say “hey, prepare for it and make it the best you can!”

Hey we all know this but hearing it from others helps somehow! 🤣. Even my mom said to me “ok Katie let’s talk about things you do like.” 🤣🤣

So know you are not alone! We are alllllll trying to navigate our attitude and emotion. We will get to the other side. And until then we will dig deep and find a way to have the joy we all deserve.

Sooooooo for me?! I find myself ordering these jogging outfits because when I put them on I feel put together for home.

There is something they mentally happens when you slip on something that works for you! 🙌🏻
