Especially, because I was nervous to venture off to states like Indiana or deeper into smaller towns in Texas or pondering on potential encounters while chilling on the beaches of Cape Cod. I want you to know that I encountered people being people. Most were indifferent, some curious, a few bad, while others were welcoming... It definitely has been an interesting 8 months and I wouldn’t trade this experience for the world. Cuz like, why did no one tell me that America is Beautiful. The trees, the mountains, the seas. I understand why songs have been written. I’m so eager to explore more of the USA and am a huge fan of repeating cities. I hope this resonated with you and if you were on the fence but traveling around the USA, I say give it a go. We definitely have a sordid history & present — but I wouldn’t let that stop you.
