Well, today we’re keeping dinner very simple and yummy with a meal known to be loved by everyone especially during the summer season. Very easy to make and goes so well with anything by the side.
The kids love Potato Salad and enjoy cooking in the kitchen with Mama. I’m carefully teaching them so soon I wouldn’t be bothered with cooking, lolll 🤣😂😫

Let’s admit it😩😂 there are those days you just don’t feel like cooking but have to especially if you’re working on making sure you serve your family “Home cooked meals” and limit ordering food outside.
Well, this one pot pasta is delicious and super easy to make.
I get food on the table within 25-30mins tops.
You can ofcourse substitute the shrimps for any protein of your choice but I chose shrimp since it’s super easy to make and actually taste so good with the pasta.

From getting the kids ready in the morning, hubby doing school run and me being home to welcome them back from school is a huge blessing.
Making sure there’s home made food on the table, unwinding with them in the evening and tucking them in at nights, spending some time alone with hubby is always the highlight of the day for Me!

Thankful to be living in so many answered prayers 🙏 God really keep showing out for us because to be honest, when we closed on this house a month ago, we didn’t see the visibility of us putting up our Christmas Tree or even celebrating Christmas here judging from all the renovations that needed to be done.
If you’re familiar with Contractors you know🤣😩
Their Shenanigans is on another level but God gave us wisdom to use 2 different companies to get the jobs done.
I’m so proud to say in just 1month of closing, we’ve done what usually takes 3-5months and I’m ready to decorate our home this week for Christmas 😱
Better late than never right 👍
