The kids help with age appropriate chores and learn that keeping a home running takes effort from everyone who lives in it. Discipline, consistency and teamwork are the real secrets.

Let me tell you, slow living is something you have to choose because life will always try to rush you. Between responsibilities and constantly trying to keep up, it’s easy to feel drained and disconnected from the moment you’re actually in.

But I’ve been learning to pause, to nourish my spirit, soul, and body in simple, intentional ways. Spending time in the Word, taking care of my health, and creating space for self-care even if it’s something as simple as my skincare routine. Lately, the @iRestore LED face mask has been a favorite for helping with my acne and giving my skin that clearer, more refreshed glow.
Finding joy in the little things has changed everything for me not just existing, but truly living each day with intention.

Finding balance in the Rhythm…

So after the morning school run, the real day begins and if you’re a work-from-home mom, you already know this rhythm 😩
You reset the house by making the bed, tidying up, and taking a quiet moment for your health (yes, the probiotic counts). Then it’s self-care in between the chaos. A quick shower, skincare, and feeling human again before the clock starts moving fast. Lunch gets cooked before the kids are back, (My best part because this will be a fun memory for them in the future).
You hold it all together as a homemaker first, then switch hats to content creator mode! Filming, editing, creating, and building something from home.
