Do you have or use ankle weights? They are great for targeting those smaller muscles for fine toning in the glutes or arms, or for adding a challenge to your workout or daily walk!
I’ve mentioned using Bala Bangles before and I like their 1lb size for everyday movement, but for moves involving larger muscle groups like the booty, I like to use these heavier 3lb weights and the velcro ones are comfy around my ankles!

Tiem Athletic sneakers and cycle shoes are on sale! I love my Tiem cycle shoes for many reasons. Comfortable, stylish, machine washable, easy to walk in (don’t have to take them off when you’re done with class or riding).
