Anyone else starting to notice shorter days/gray wintry weather affecting their mood? I wasn’t too conscious of it but realized I was fighting some real funkiness this week & it dawned on me how the cold & lack of sunshine ☀️ were likely playing into that. Acknowledging it is real is half the battle, I think! I’m also going to stay up on my supplements this year (hello vitamin D ☀️) & make myself move more (even when it’s freezing).
