A few of my new workout looks from this trip. I worked for 6 months to get ready for this trip (šŸ«£) and wanted to keep it up so I worked out at least 30 mins at least every other day. Missed my goal but I do think it helped. I like to eat and drink and didnā€™t want to come home a balloon like last time - I was kind of surprised how little effort pays off so much šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø Have yall seen the Wilson brand makeover šŸ˜ loving this stuff. Come with me in a tour of the Vatican āœļø Tour notes: This is my third visit to the Vatican but my first time having a guide. The Vatican is a country inside of Italy and spans tens of acres. If you can, I would recommend a winter visit (to Rome in general) because it is not air conditioned and it is boiling in the summer and there are so many visitors. The ideal scenario is you go on a slow, cool day with a wonderful guide and spend the whole day there and eat lunch on site. Flip for a handful of pics. #LTKTravel
