My hair care routine

some
of the biggest things I do to keep my
hair long, thick, and healthy:

1. minimal heat - hair dryers, curling irons- straighteners I try to use them
so sparingly!!

2. MULTIVITAMINS- they help!!

3. No tight rubberbands- I use scrunchies and little claw clips!

4. These products and gentle hair brushes- wetbrush is my fav and cost effective
