Pumpkin Season is among us 🎃- and that means pumpkin protein smoothies are in full swing! This morning, since I am currently breastfeeding, I made a lactation pumpkin protein smoothie with Active Stacks protein powder, which I am loving these days. RECIPE: 1/4 cup organic pumpkin puree 1/2 cup organic whole milk (or milk of choice) 1 small frozen banana 1 large pitted date 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice (more if you like it spicy) 1 TBSP brewer's yeast 1 TBSP ground flax 1/4 tsp vanilla Blend together in blender.
