One of the best kept secrets that I wasted a ton of $$ on before my hair girl told me was that olaplex 2 and 3 are the SAME, 2 is just a higher concentration and 3 is the “at home” version...3 is also extremely expensive for what you get...I linked a giant tub of 2 that will last you SO LONG and your hair will be forever changed. 1. Work has been kicking my booty lately and sometimes something has to give, NO ONE IS SUPER HUMAN...i don’t feel pressure to post every day but I know some people do...I am here to tell you it’s OK to take intentional and unintentional breaks when you need them.

2. My bestie kelley is marrying the love of her life this weekend 🍾😭 I’m beyond excited to celebrate and to see Little Gemma all dolled up as a flower girl...I may ugly cry.

3. I have been so bad you guys with my healthy habits, I need a good a** kicking. I need a new tone it up challenge and a new season (HELLO FALL) to get my butt in gear!! I want to dive all in, before photos, meal plans, early workouts etc...I know all the right answers...I’m just not “ready” if that makes sense 😂🤭.

4. Gems is my favorite these past couple of weeks, she has been SO FUN and talkative and sweet and I have been loving every single second with her. 2.5 is my fav age so far.

5. Were about 80% potty trained! Although she pees straight out 😂😫 I thought I was supposed to have it easy with a girl...nope you all lied to me lol.

6. I’m going to see Taylor swift in NOLA on September 22nd...it’s also my 5 year wedding anniversary...worlds best hubby! 💗💗💗💗.
