Happy New Year 2026✨ closing this chapter with gratitude and excitement for what’s next.

#HappyNewYear #EndOfYearReflections #GratefulHeart #ColorfulLife #nye2026
Last-minute NYE outfit, built with pieces I already own and elevated with the right accessories.
The base is intentionally simple: my velvet skirt from Tuckernuck (older but forever festive) and my pink button down from MM LaFleur. If you want a similar fit, I’d suggest sizing down since it runs roomy.
What really makes this feel NYE-ready are the details: burgundy tights from Target, silver heels from Kate Spade (linking the current version), and my crystal Marc Jacobs bag to add just the right amount of sparkle.
Proof that you don’t need a brand-new outfit to feel festive. Sometimes it’s just about styling what’s already in your closet.

This look is all about the skirt.
The Farm Rio skirt from Anthropologie is the standout piece here, the gold brocade-style details against the black fabric make it feel instantly festive and elevated, without trying too hard.
I love the silhouette of this one, it moves beautifully and feels very polished. I’m wearing size L, and for me it’s one of those pieces that does all the work for you.
I styled it with a Reformation top and my Alice & Olivia cape (older, but I’m linking similar options), keeping the focus on the skirt and those gold accents. Perfect for a New Year’s Eve party when you want something elegant, statement-making, and timeless.

This Marc Jacobs crystal bag has been my go-to holiday accessory this season ✨
I love pieces that don’t rely on big logos, and this one proves that a bag can be a statement purely through texture and sparkle. It elevates every holiday party outfit without overpowering it.
I’ve styled it multiple ways this month, from dressy dinners to festive nights out, and it works every single time. Plus, it’s currently on sale, which makes it an even better pick for party season or a last-minute gift.
Linking it here along with the outfits I’ve worn it with, so you can see how versatile it really is.

This crystal bag from Marc Jacobs has quickly become one of my favorite holiday accessories this season.
I love that it feels festive and elevated without relying on big logos. The sparkle speaks for itself. It’s the kind of piece that instantly pulls a holiday party outfit together, whether you’re wearing sequins, velvet, or something simple that needs a little shine.
It fits all my evening essentials and adds that extra “party” touch without overpowering the look. Plus, it’s currently on sale, which makes it even better for this time of year.
Linking it here while it’s still available, such a fun statement piece for the holiday season and beyond.

Elegant Holiday Party Outfit ✨
‌
One of my favorite ways to dress for the holidays is choosing separates instead of a dress. It gives you so much more versatility and lets each piece shine on its own.
The gold-detail skirt from Anthropologie is absolutely beautiful, elegant, festive, and such a standout piece. I paired it with the Anthropologie velvet corset to keep the look polished and elevated for a holiday party.
Honest note: the corset is quite heavy, which can slightly affect the structure, so it’s something to keep in mind when choosing your size and styling it. That said, the skirt is a true winner and works beautifully for the festive season.
This is the kind of look you can rewear in different ways all season long, just swap the top, add layers, and it transforms completely.

Semi-Casual Holiday Outfits 🎄
Seven last-minute looks that feel festive but still wearable, perfect for casual dinners, low-key gatherings, or those “I want to look put together but not overdressed” moments.
I’m mixing new finds with longtime closet pieces, so not everything is linked. The focus here is styling ideas you can recreate with pieces you may already own, plus a few newer items worth adding.
Look 1 – Effortlessly Chic
Burgundy corduroy pants from LOFT (color of the season) styled with an olive bomber, white accessories, and a navy scarf for contrast.
Look 2 – Subtle Sparkle
A navy fringe skirt paired with a fuchsia top. Silver shoes and my crystal Marc Jacobs bag add just the right amount of shine.
Look 3 – Blue + Burgundy
Repeating the LOFT corduroy pants with a blue cardigan. The gold buttons give this combo a more polished feel.
Look 4 – Color-Blocking, Made Easy
A burgundy base layered with my red Boden coat. Red socks over tights + burgundy loafers keep the look intentional and approachable — great if you’re easing into color.
Look 5 – Tartan Moment
My tartan Polo jacket with burgundy pants, softened with pink accents through the button-down, shoes, and bag.
Look 6 – Classic Winter Layers
The Boden trench styled with the same burgundy pants and button-down. Simple, clean, and very re-wearable.
Look 7 – Yellow + Burgundy
A bold but balanced combo: burgundy skirt, tights, and loafers, finished with a yellow sweater layered over a jacket.

Saving this for inspiration works just as well

A cozy winter outfit I actually wore out ❄️

This look was all about staying warm without sacrificing style. I’m wearing my burgundy corduroy pants from LOFT (12 Petite) super comfortable, warm, and perfect for winter days when you’re walking around a lot, a great cold-weather staple.

My cashmere sweater is an older Kate Spade piece in a bright fuchsia tone, but I’m linking a similar one from J.Crew for the same cozy, elevated vibe.

Finished the look with a shearling-lined jacket that’s incredibly warm and worth the investment. Mine is no longer available, so I’m linking similar options that give the same winter-ready feel.

Easy, warm, and very wearable for the season. Linking everything below 🤍

Holiday & NYE outfit ideas ✨

11 looks that take your outfits from plain to memorable.

Look 1

COS green skirt with a prosecco-toned satin top. Elegant, lady-like, and one of those pieces that makes you want to twirl. The movement of this skirt instantly elevates the look.

Look 2

My Reformation silk skirt (a true timeless piece) paired with a Polo Ralph Lauren tartan jacket. These two are comfort in outfit form. The jacket is warm without feeling bulky, perfect for winter.

Look 3

Starting with the base of the reel: the satin top and my Banana Republic sequin skirt (still can’t believe I managed to get this one). The pink on pink combo feels a bit plain for my colorful style, so I added contrast with my burgundy & fuchsia trench and my Strathberry bag. Same color family, totally different impact.

Look 4

The Reformation skirt again, styled with a gold metallic peplum blouse from Ann Taylor. Gold Aquazzura heels are the perfect match, and my green Capucines bag adds a pop of color and a luxe finish.

Look 5

Swapped the Aquazzuras for classic black Louboutins and moved from skirt to classic black trousers from Ann Taylor (size 12). Finished with a cherry red Lady Dior, festive, polished, and timeless.

Look 6

My burgundy velvet skirt from Tuckernuck (the color of the season), burgundy tights, and a pink blouse. To glam it up, I added silver Kate Spade heels and a sparkly Marc Jacobs crystal bag (currently on sale).

Look 7

Same blouse as look 6, same Banana Republic sequin skirt, same shoes and bag. Proof that repeating pieces is part of intentional styling.

Look 8

Swapped the pink blouse for a red cashmere sweater from J.Crew with the sequin skirt. Added festive brooches for extra detail, red Manolos, and a pink bag to tie everything back to the skirt.

Which look would you wear for NYE or a holiday party?

#LTKHoliday #LTKSaleAlert #LTKOver40
This is a true statement holiday party dress.

I’m wearing size XL and the fabric is quite fitted and body-hugging, but I love it regardless. The 3D roses add texture and volume, making the dress feel bold, festive, and unapologetically eye-catching.

This is definitely a dress for someone who isn’t afraid to stand out at a holiday party. If you love fashion moments that feel artistic and dramatic, this one delivers. 🌹❤️

This red Farm Rio dress is all about ease and movement.

The long sleeves and soft draping around the tummy area make it a very forgiving and comfortable option for holiday parties. It flows nicely, doesn’t feel restrictive, and is easy to wear for longer events.

If you’re looking for a red holiday party dress that feels relaxed, wearable, and still festive, this is a great option to keep in mind. I’m wearing a Large for reference ❤️✨

#LTKHoliday #LTKOver40 #LTKSeasonal
If you’re looking for a holiday party dress in red, these two Farm Rio styles are very different but equally festive, one bold and statement-making, the other effortless and forgiving.

Both dresses bring that signature Farm Rio energy, but with completely different vibes, depending on how much drama you want for your holiday events.

Linking both dresses below so you can decide which one fits your style, your comfort level, and the kind of holiday party you’re dressing for. ❤️✨
